U.S. Rep. Earl Carter Participates in ThoughtSpot

On Friday July 29, Representative Earl "Buddy" Carter (R-GA-01), currently the only pharmacist in the U.S. Congress, participated in the annual ThoughtSpot Trade Show. Rep. Carter addressed the audience at the Government Affairs Continuing Education Program led by VP of Policy Stacie Heller, and State GA Director, Julie Eddy.Following the CE course he met with attendees and customers at the Government Affairs booth on the Trade Show floor accompanied by ABC Executives Peyton Howell, Gina Clark, George Rafferty, and Chris Zimmerman. Rep. Carter spoke about the many policy issues affecting pharmacy including DIR fees, fair reimbursement, and provider status, while encouraging attendees to participate in educating their elected officials on issues that impact their businesses.Rep.
