On February 7th, Reps. Doug Collins (R-GA) and Vicente Gonzalez (D-TX) reintroduced The Phair Pricing Act, which would require all price concessions between a PBM or health plan and a pharmacy to be passed on to the patient at the point of sale so the patient would receive the lowest negotiated price. At the request of our customers, Good Neighbor Pharmacy, ION and US Bio supported this legislation last Congress and are supporting again this session.
