On February 7th, Reps. Doug Collins (R-GA) and Vicente Gonzalez (D-TX) reintroduced The Phair Pricing Act, which would require all price concessions between a PBM or health plan and a pharmacy to be passed on to the patient at the point of sale so the patient would receive the lowest negotiated price.
At the request of our customers, and as part of our ongoing advocacy efforts on behalf of independent community pharmacists, Good Neighbor Pharmacy, supported this legislation last Congress and is supporting again this session.
