The U.S. Supreme Court is postponing April oral arguments in accordance to public health guidance in response to COVID-19. The postponement includes Rutledge v. PCMA, the landmark case on whether states can adopt meaningful regulations on PBMs. SCOTUS will reschedule the case for a later date, and has not ruled out hearing April arguments before the end of the term at the end of June.
