Jenni Zilka, President of Good Neighbor Pharmacy, recently had a letter to the editor published in the Washington Post, urging that pharmacists be provided the opportunity and means to successful carry out the program. Jenni’s letter to the editor calls for the FDA to amend the EUA for COVID-19 oral antivirals to give pharmacists the ability to prescribe and advocates for a permanent reimbursement infrastructure for clinical services provided by pharmacists in Medicare.
